| Yesod: This is the Ninth Kingdom, which I have come to call 'the MoonGate' due to its strong association with the Moon. This is confusing because the physical Moon that orbits around our planet exists within the Tenth Kingdom (the Kingdom containing all physical substances and objects); it is the Moon's 'spirit' or 'ethereal body' which exists within the Ninth Kingdom (along with the spirit of all planets, stars, people, etc.). Yesod is the level which is 'closest' to Malkuth - it is the first 'place'the Qabalist will go after physical death. It is also known as the 'Mirror Gate', because it is so closely related to the Tenth Kingdom - Yesod is the more spiritual mirror of Malkuth.
